For 5 and a bit years, Dean was responsible for leading the operational development of Sky’s innovative flagship insight and engagement platforms to help key decision makers better understand Sky’s customers.

After spending his days reading and managing thousands of consumer insights, Dean decided to take matters into his own hands and built™ a new innovative social media analytics and insights platform.

Today, Dean is focused on making a positive contribution to society by democratizing access to public social media data and improving customer service for a new generation of digital consumer.

Prior to Sky, Dean spent 10 years as a digital consultant working in the private and public sectors.
