After spending his days reading and managing thousands of consumer insights, Dean decided to take matters into his own hands and built HelpHandles.com™ a new innovative analytics and insights platform.

Today, Dean is focused on making a positive contribution to society by democratizing access to public social media data and improving customer service for a new generation of digital consumer.

Prior to Sky, Dean spent 10 years as a digital consultant working in the private and public sectors.
